I qualified as a Registered nurse in 1997 and worked within the NHS in burns, plastics and head and neck surgery. During this time I was a Sister in Chelsea and Westminster hospital burns unit. My final post was as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for head and neck oncology working for Macmillan cancer trust. I also have a degree in Psychology.

In 2005 I decided to move into the private sector and work independently as an Aesthetic Nurse providing cosmetic treatments. In 2013 I became an Independent Nurse Prescriber,

allowing me to prescribe my own medications for patients. During this time I have been running my own practice in Essex whilst working alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons in Harley Street. In 2015 I started working with the facial plastic surgeon Dominic Bray. I am involved with his patients pre and post op as part of their facelift journey.

My combined experience working in head and neck, and plastics in the NHS, and more recently with a dedicated facial plastic surgeon has given me extensive understanding of facial aesthetics and how to treat an ageing face appropriately, safely and with natural looking results.

 

I like to take a gradual approach with patients. Good patient care requires education and understanding so patients are involved and have control of treatment outcomes. Facial rejuvenation should be a continuing journey not just a quick fix.

I divide my time working from my clinic at home in Essex and with Dominic in both Harley Street and Tunbridge Wells.
